Carrie Louise Hamilton was an American actress, playwright, and singer, born on December 5, 1963, in New York City. She was the daughter of comedian Carol Burnett and producer Joe Hamilton. Hamilton made her acting debut in 1985 in the television series Fame, playing the recurring role of Reggie Higgins.
