Chen Baiyi (1926-2014) fue un artista chino, pintor y profesor. Nació en Shaoyang, provincia de Hunan, China. Chen Baiyi se graduó de Huazhong Arts College en 1946 y se convirtió en un artista nacional de primera clase. He was known for his meticulous figure pinturas and enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council. Chen Baiyi celebró muchas exposiciones individuales en varias ciudades, entre ellas Changsha, Guangzhou, Beijing, Taiwán, Macao y Hong Kong.
