Joseph Carmine, also known as Joseph Carmine (publisher), was born in 1749 in Augsburg, Germany. He was a publisher and artist who was active in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Carmine was known for his etchings, including the work 'The armoury and the royal palace in Berlin', which was created in 1800. He died in 1822.
