Das Portrait von Fra Antonio Martelli (c. 1607/1608) ist ein Gemälde des italienischen Meisters Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio, im Palazzo Pitti, Florenz. Bis vor kurzem wurde angenommen, dass dieses Gemälde Alof de Wignacourt, Großmeister des Ordens der Ritter von Malta, darstellte und dass es eine vorbereitende Studie für das große und berühmte Portrait von Alof de Wignacourt und seiner Seite war, aber die jüngsten Dokumentarfilme zeigen, dass es das Porträt eines anderen prominenten Mitglieds des Ordens, Antonio Martelli von Florenz, Prior von Messina ist.
