Abelardo Favela was a Mexican multi-faceted artist known for his simple, carefree scenes of everyday life done in a palette of primary colors without shading or blending. He was born on May 5th, 1948 and passed away on January 7th, 2019. Favela's work has been exhibited at various galleries throughout Mexico and the United States.
