Choo Keng Kwang was a Singaporean artist born in 1931. He was known for his watercolor paintings, which often depicted scenes of everyday life in Singapore. Choo was a self-taught artist and began painting in his early twenties. He held his first solo exhibition in 1962 and went on to have numerous exhibitions both locally and internationally. Choo was a prolific artist and his works are held in many private and public collections. He passed away in 2019.
