Robert Beatty is a multimedia artist working in Lexington Kentucky. He works in digital art, sculpture, drawings, and music, often using outdated technology to create new works. Circuit Digest #1 is a circuit board displayed alongside pebbles of molded concrete, each one with a different cryptic symbol. Together it gives the impression of a shrine to some long-forgotten technology.
