Aleksandr Dashevsky is a Russian Postwar & Contemporary artist, born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) in 1980. He is known for his unique approach to subject matter and execution of content, often focusing on unusual themes. Dashevsky has exhibited his work in numerous key galleries and museums, including The State Russian Museum. He has also been featured in the Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art and the RZ Collection. Dashevsky's work has been offered at auction through MutualArt and has been the subject of several solo exhibitions. He is also a curator, art historian, and art journalist.
