Felipe Abarzuza y Rodriguez de Arias was a Spanish figurative painter known for his genre scenes, portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. He was born in Cadiz, Spain in 1871 and died in 1948. He is considered one of the best artists from Cadiz from the first half of the 20th century and a good example of the application of Impressionism to Spanish painting. He was a follower of Sorolla and acknowledged as the best artist from Cádiz from the first half of the 20th century.
