Karl Yordanov was a Bulgarian artist born in Sofia in 1905 and died in 1976. He was a prominent figure in Bulgarian art, known for his portraits and landscapes. Yordanov studied at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia and later at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. He was a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists and participated in numerous exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad. His works are held in various museums and private collections in Bulgaria and around the world.
