Ge Lei, también conocido como Lei Ge, es un ingeniero chino nacido en Jiangsu, China en 1962. He received his B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2009 and his Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Ha sido Director de China Unicom y Director No Ejecutivo de China Unicom. Es miembro superior de IEEE.
