Tethart Philipp Christian Haag was a Dutch artist and court painter to William V of Orange-Nassau and the director of cultural institutions in The Hague. He was born in Kassel, Germany in 1737 and died in The Hague, Netherlands in 1812. He was known for his portraits and historical paintings.
